In this general application, you'll support the People Operations function across recruiting, onboarding, and day-to-day team coordination. You'll work on tasks that keep hiring moving, help new employees get set up, and assist with the processes that keep teams running smoothly. It's hands-on work that touches every part of the company.
This role works for recent grads who are organized, detail-oriented, and interested in how people and culture function inside a company. No specific degree required, but any background in business, psychology, communications, or even just strong organizational skills will serve you well. You should be authorized to work in Canada, the UK, or one of the 36 approved U.S. states.
