Freelance Scrum Master

A Scrum Master role is one of the clearest paths into project and team management right out of college. You'll learn how real teams organize their work, solve blockers, and ship products. It's hands-on experience that translates across industries.

You'll facilitate stand-ups and sprint planning, help teams remove obstacles, and keep projects on track. You won't be coding—you'll be coaching teams to work better together. It's about communication, process, and logistics more than technical depth.

This role works well if you're organized, curious about how teams function, and comfortable talking to people across different roles. No particular major required. If you've led a project, managed a team, or just care about process, you have what it takes to start here.
