Forward Deployed Engineer

A Forward Deployed Engineer role puts you in the field from day one. Instead of staying at a desk, you'll work directly with customers and real-world problems. For a recent grad, this means learning faster and building credibility early in your career.

You'll deploy solutions, troubleshoot systems in live environments, and serve as a bridge between product teams and customers. The work is hands-on: you'll install, configure, support, and iterate based on what you see on the ground. It's technical problem-solving with immediate feedback.

This role fits you if you have a technical foundation (CS degree, engineering background, or equivalent self-taught skills), comfort with uncertainty, and the ability to communicate clearly with non-technical people. A willingness to travel and work outside a traditional office is essential.
