FBS Data Management Analyst (Insurance Experience)

Capgemini Technology Services

Remote

If you're starting your career and want to work with data that matters, this role gives you real responsibility from day one. You'll join FBS (Farmer Business Services), a global talent operation within Farmers that builds teams across markets. Working remotely from Mexico, you'll support a major insurance operation—property and casualty lines—where your work directly feeds business decisions.

Your day-to-day involves collecting, preparing, and reporting statistical data for insurance products. You'll also provide technical support for the tools and analytical processes that analysts and leadership depend on. This means learning insurance workflows, getting comfortable with data pipelines, and building the skills that make you valuable in any data-driven role later on.

This fits you if you have strong attention to detail, basic statistics knowledge (or willingness to learn it fast), and comfort with spreadsheets and databases. Majors in math, business, economics, or computer science are common backgrounds, but what matters most is curiosity about how data tells a story. A portfolio showing any data work—coursework projects, internships, Kaggle—helps.
