About this role

As an ePAM Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expertise in implementing and supporting our Exchange Portfolio Accounting and Management (ePAM) solution for our clients. Your role will involve understanding client requirements, configuring the ePAM platform, conducting system testing, and providing ongoing support and training. You will collaborate closely with clients, internal stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Gather and analyze client requirements related to portfolio accounting and management. Configure and customize the ePAM solution based on client needs. Conduct system testing and ensure all functionalities meet quality standards. Provide training and support to clients on ePAM functionality and best practices. Collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues and enhance system performance. Assist in project planning, estimation, and documentation as needed. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in portfolio accounting and management. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience (10+ years) as a functional consultant or business analyst in portfolio accounting or asset management. In-depth knowledge of portfolio accounting processes and practices. Experience with ePAM or similar portfolio accounting systems preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team and independently. Certification in portfolio accounting systems or related fields is a plus.
