If you want to start your career in sales with real responsibility, this role puts you at the center of closing deals that matter. You'll own new business growth for a digital learning company, reporting directly on results and managing the full sales cycle—the kind of hands-on experience that builds a strong foundation early.

Your day-to-day: prospect and qualify new corporate clients, build relationships with learning and development leaders, collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and presentations, and keep your pipeline clean and accurate. You'll work with a digital marketing team to identify leads and partner with learning design and delivery teams to win deals. This is consultative selling—you're solving real client problems, not just pushing product.

You're a fit if you've sold complex B2B solutions before, know how to ask the right questions to understand what clients actually need, and can present ideas clearly. Background in learning design, instructional technology, or corporate training is a plus but not required. You'll need a track record of hitting targets.
