Client Services Director

Nucleus Global

Remote· $145K – $185K

This is a director-level role that gives you real P&L ownership early in your career. You'll manage two significant client accounts and lead teams at a global medical communications firm, not just support from the sidelines. If you want to see how client strategy actually works at scale, this puts you there.

You'll own account strategy, oversee delivery of complex programs, mentor client services teams, and be the main point of contact for senior stakeholders at your accounts. You'll work across different functions—Medical Affairs and Commercial/Promotional—and identify growth opportunities while keeping operations running smoothly. This is hands-on leadership with real scope.

You're a fit if you have strong communication skills, experience managing relationships or projects, and the ability to think strategically about business problems. Background in research, communications, healthcare, or client-facing roles is relevant. You should be comfortable with complexity and want to grow into larger leadership responsibilities.

To apply, submit your resume and a brief cover note explaining what draws you to client services and medical communications work through CareerJumpShip. The role is fully remote in the US.
