Case Intake Specialist - CSR
morganmorganjobsapplynow
If you want your first job to actually mean something, this could be it. As a Case Intake Specialist at Morgan & Morgan, you'll be the first voice people hear when they're dealing with insurance claims, corporate disputes, or defective products. You're not just taking calls—you're providing real support when people need it most.
Your day-to-day work involves answering client inquiries, gathering case information, and connecting people with the right resources. You'll be part of a 7-day-a-week operation running from 7 AM to 9 PM PST. The job requires patience, clear communication, and the ability to stay calm when clients are stressed or upset.
This role suits you if you're a good listener, organized, and genuinely want to help people rather than chase profit. No specific degree required—what matters is your willingness to learn and your ability to treat people with respect during difficult times. Recent grads in psychology, communications, or social work often excel here, but so do people from any background who care about doing honest work.
