Auto Property Damage Claims Adjuster
Reserv
If you want to start your career solving real problems in an industry that needs it, claims adjustment at Reserv is worth considering. You'll be part of a small, venture-backed team rebuilding how insurance claims actually work—using AI and automation to cut through manual work that shouldn't exist.
As an Auto Property Damage Claims Adjuster, you'll assess damage claims, communicate with customers and providers, and help Reserv learn where automation works best. You'll work remotely across the US. The role requires someone who genuinely cares about getting customers fair outcomes, moves with urgency (without burning out), and isn't afraid to push back on problems when something doesn't add up. You'll need to ask questions, dig into details, and think like someone building a better system—not just processing files.
This fits you if you're detail-oriented, can handle disagreement professionally, and want early exposure to how insurance and tech intersect. A background in claims, customer service, or adjacent fields helps, but what matters more is the mindset: you're curious, you care about the work, and you're willing to learn in an evolving environment.
