Applied AI Engineer

If you want to work on AI problems that matter, this role puts you in front of actual systems from your first week. You'll learn faster here than anywhere else because you're not shadowing — you're building.

You'll work on applied AI projects alongside experienced engineers. That means implementing models, debugging real-world performance issues, and learning what happens when theory meets data. You'll write code that trains, serves, and improves AI systems for actual use cases.

This fits you if you have a CS background, have shipped code before, or built projects with machine learning libraries. You don't need a PhD. You need curiosity and the ability to learn from feedback quickly. A portfolio or GitHub history helps us see how you think.
