Agile Scrum Master

Irving, TX, US

If you want to build leadership skills right out of college, a Scrum Master role teaches you how teams work—and how to keep them moving. You'll own the process side of software development, which means visibility into real projects and direct impact on how work gets done.

Your job is to support 2–3 teams in staying organized and focused. You'll run daily stand-ups, help plan sprints, lead retrospectives where teams talk about what worked, and make sure everyone stays committed to their goals. It's operational work that touches everything a team does.

This fits you if you're detail-oriented, curious about how software teams function, and comfortable speaking up in meetings. You don't need a specific major—just willingness to learn Agile methodology and help others do their best work. Any experience with project management, team coordination, or structured processes helps.

To apply, submit your resume and a short note about why you're interested in Agile and team processes through CareerJumpShip. Jobtailor is in Irving, Texas, and this is an on-site role.
